I willingly agree to comply with the accompanying Terms and Conditions for participation. If I become aware of any hazard to me during the course of my presence or participation in any session, or supplemental materials activity, I will remove myself from participation in that session or supplemental materials activity and bring my concern to the Releasees’ attention.
I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Suzane Northrop, as well as their LLC(s) and its officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used in conjunction with the activity (Releasees), from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any injury, disability or death I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from an act or omission of the Releasees, violation of my right to privacy or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.”
Terms and Conditions
The minimum age requirement for program enrollment and participation is 18 years.
Your spoken questions and/or comments during the Dead Peoples’ Society membership sessions may be recorded, copied, transcribed, and distributed in perpetuity, and you consent in advance to these uses, as well as to the use of your image should you appear on a session video.
The Dead Peoples’ Society proprietors reserve the right at their sole discretion to refuse any individual’s admittance into any membership session or access to any online membership content, and may terminate and refund (in a pro-rated manner) any individual’s membership at any time. The Dead Peoples’ Society proprietors also reserve the right to cancel the membership (without refund) of any participant who defaults on their membership payment agreement and to remove individuals from conference calls and membership community forums on Facebook or other platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the group and its members, faculty, and staff.
The Dead Peoples’ Society proprietors also maintain the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of their membership forums, social media pages, and websites, and to remove any material or postings determined by them to be inappropriate, destructive, or otherwise objectionable, including, but not limited to posts promoting other businesses or services, discussions not relevant to the Dead Peoples’ Society membership program, and hostile or inflammatory remarks. They may remove such posts at their sole discretion and without notice.
Cancellation Policy: Note there are no refunds. If you would like to cancel your membership, please log in and click “cancel” before your renewal date so you will not be charged anymore. Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are not considered and do not accomplish cancellation but we can help you to cancel by reaching out to info@suzanenorthrop. Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately. Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will not lose access until May 10th.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
